Kairos is an ancient greek word that means "at the right moment," and Celestino releases this wine when he thinks the time is right.
As is tradition in the Veneto, some of the grapes are air-dried for up to 40 days, and the wine is aged at least 3 years in French oak. This gregarious wine greets you with ripe plum and black cherry preserves, flowers and a melange of spices, like nutmeg, cinnamon, clove and allspice. Elegant and long in the finish.
