ZD's Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in a blend of 43% American Oak, 30% concrete, and 27% stainless steel. This is done for complexity's sake, as the different fermentation vessels exemplify different aromas, flavors, and textures. The wine maintains its 100% certified organic varietal purity coming from the Yountville AVA in Napa.
