This delightful sake is Nama (unpasteurized) & Muroka (sake that does not go through a second filtration process, and tends to be pale yellowish in color and fuller in flavor than standard sake) and Genshu (sake that is not diluted with water and typically has a higher alcohol content .. here, 16%)… is bright, lively alive and as fresh as can be! Natural sediment and light effervescence may be present (so careful when opening). Floral and herbal notes on the nose, fresh green melon and apple on the palate with a complex, dry and lively finish.
