Yannick Pelletier L’Oiselet is a natural, organic and vegan barrel-aged red wine made by Domanie Yannick Pelletier in the Languedoc-Roussillon French region with the Garnacha Tinta, Cinsault and Cariñena varieties. The grapes are organically and mainly manually cultivated using biodynamic practices to prevent disease without using chemicals. The harvest is carried out manually at the optimum point of ripeness. A fresh, fruity and honest red that expresses France at its most Mediterranean.
