A celebration of Oregon’s legendary brewing culture. Made from scratch using Pacific Northwest barley, fermented with ale yeast for outstanding flavor, double pot distilled for exceptional character, matured in new American Oak barrels, and finished in Oregon stout casks.
Tasting Notes,
Nose: Tootsie Rolls, copper, raw malt, sourness, orange peel, spice, cinnamon, dried dark fruit, melon rind and oak.
Palate: Maltiness, cocoa, copper, sourness, orange peel, spice, cinnamon, dried df, melon rind and a hop-like bitterness and tannic bite.
Finish: Med-long -> Hop-like, oak, malt and cocoa.
