Years back when Wenzel's "VooDoo Child" wine first made its debut in our wine cellar, it was an instant hit, and was voted the Customer Favorite during our Natural Wine tasting. This vibrant and invigorating wine is a vivid coral pink in color, with a nose full of cherries and passionfruit. As the name suggests, it is WILD on the palate (but still clean) with good acidity and fresh tropical fruit… think more passionfruit and papaya. Fruity yet crisp and dry, this dissipates on the palate with a zing, beckoning you back for more. The "skin contact" gives the wine (aside from its color) mild tannins and great structure. Serve chilled. This comes from organically farmed grapes, made with minimal sulfur (15mg) and native yeasts. Unfined, unfiltered, and Vegan. 12% Abv.
