The final blend is 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc, 3% Merlot, and 1% Petit Verdot.
The 2020 CEANDA Cabernet Sauvignon has a dark fruit profile complimented by floral notes of violets and lavender. The wine enters full and fresh with black cassis and blueberry flavors along with baking spices and crushed rock. Blended from their Aida and 29 Estate vineyards, CEANDA possesses the power of Aida as well as the finesse and elegance of the 29 Estate. The depth of the mid-palate is impressive with ample concentration and richness, refreshing acidity and a sleek tannin structure leading to a long, drawn-out finish. This estate Cabernet is crafted to be enjoyable upon release and will age gracefully for well over a decade.
