Tormaresca is the Marchesi Antinori company's estate on the Salento peninsula in Puglia. The "Torcicoda" is their calling card Primitivo: polished, ripely-fruited, aged mostly in small oak barrels that infuse the wine with a vanilla and baking spice accent.
