A blend of chardonnay, chenin and muscat, made by the Charmat Method. This fizz a biscuity, floral nose with a nice spice note. Ripe and soft this easy drinker is nicely balenced with a pleasing finish.

My all-time favorite!
Tobin James Dreamweaver is absolutely delicious! Crisp as a chilled green apple, aromatic, bubbly and just the right sweetness to accompany any food, orange juice or drink ice cold all by itself—yum! I’ll take this sparkling wine over Chandon, Opolo, even Perrier Jouet all day! And if you ever find yourself in Paso Robles, California—don’t miss a visit to this fun and lively winery! Many, many other very delicious wines to try and buy!
