Winemaker Notes - A blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, macerated briefly to extract color for this pale pink, delightful and spicy brut sparkling wine. A bit more body and structure makes this a perfect wine to enjoy throughout a meal. Especially wonderful with Asian-inspired dishes with a touch of chili heat.
