Highlands, every step of our tequila-making process is meticulously done
the right way, by hand, at our distillery. We harvest only fully matured
sweet agave, slow roast in traditional brick ovens, and distill in
handmade custom copper pot stills to produce a bright, flavorful tequila that truly honors the land it comes from.
