Founder Marc Farrell was born and raised in the Caribbean so has been a student of rum his entire life; he has a deep appreciation for the heritage of rum and how it's perceived and enjoyed. The 18 year Single Cask Reserve from Trinidad is quite remarkable. The nose gives off lovely notes of sweet banana, milk chocolate, roasted pineapple, charred oak, vanilla and Demerara sugar. The palate showcases burnt caramel, vanilla, mixed tropical fruits and a hint of coffee. The finish is lengthy and lovely.
