Tattersall Sour Cherry is crafted with Montmorency cherries from Traverse City, Michigan, along with wild cherry bark and ginger, all of which have been macerated for four weeks in distillate made from 100% organic corn. The liqueur is then rested briefly in American oak to create the perfect marriage of sweet and sour before final filtration and bottling.
