Tasting Notes
Distilled with three types of oranges, Tattersall Orange Crema is bigger and brighter than your typical orange liqueur. Sweet, bitter, and Mandarin oranges, along with ginger, clove, and grains of paradise are steeped in 100% organic corn distillate for 12–18 hours. After straining, the same components are placed in a bag and hung in pot still for a vapor distillation that extracts further nuance of flavor. The final spirit is complex but bright and clean with a long finish. A traditional ABV of 40% makes this an intuitive substitution for other orange liqueurs in cocktails.
