Tatenokawa is a brewery we have featured at Hi-Time for several years. Their Ultra premium sake, TATENOKAWA KYOKUGEN (ULTRA) is milled down to an incredible 8% of its original size. Microscopic in size but not taste, this sake is elegant and striking with notes of light tropical fruit (passionfruit and guava) with a great intensity of flavors. This glides on the palate effortlessly and leaves with a long finish that goes on and on.
