The jewel in the crown of the 2024 Tsukuriwake series, this single malt was matured exclusively in Mizunara casks, celebrating the distillery’s mastery over Japanese oak. Mizunara is notoriously difficult to work with, but its unique character has made it an essential part of Yamazki’s character since the very beginning. A long maturation reveals its distinctive style, you can expect notes of incense, coconut and sandalwood, lifted by white peach, spiced oranges, and chocolate covered honeycomb.
