This family-run winery handcrafts all of their wines using traditional methods. This is one of South Africa's few true boutique wineries. All grapes come from estate vineyards in the Jonkershoek Valley in Stellenbosch. This Stark-Conde has been described as textbook Stellenbosch Cabernet: plush black fruits and fine, elegant tannins. An excellent vintage that will age 10 years+ if properly cellared.
