The “good stuff”
I also think this is the best rye I have had! The aging in new 15 gallon barrels compresses the aging profile and yields a clarity in the wood components that do not detract from the spice of the rye. The clarity of the oak on the rye balanced with spice is exceptional! I bought a couple based on the previous review and liked it so much I ordered more. These will be gone soon…
