Bold peppercorn and pear skin on the nose, bolstered by petrichor and baked yam, lead to a bright herbaceous palate, with fresh sweetgrass, snap pea, lemon zest, and an undercurrent of cured meat and wet clay. Truly incredible blanco tequila.
