Bodega Santa Julia is built on four pillars, one of them being sustainability. Their commitment here is legendary. The winery is the largest organic vineyard holder in Argentina; they reclaim and recycle all waste water; they support their employees with healthcare, housing, education, vocational training and the list goes on and on. So, it is only 'natural' that the winery produce their first natural wine - El Burro - a wine that was hand-harvested from organic vineyards, fermented with native yeasts, zero additions (including no sulfur) and minimal intervention. It is also certified 'Fair for Life' and is vegan-friendly.
