History,
The Samaroli Jamaica Rhapsody isn't just a rum, it's a symphony of flavors. Sourced from Jamaica, this blend comes from three distinct barrels, each bringing a unique nuance. The first two barrels, from 2015, underwent 4 years of tropical aging, while the third, a 2009 rum, was aged for 3 years. All have matured in ex-bourbon barrels, offering unparalleled complexity thanks to their pot still distillation and rich molasses. With only 1224 bottles available, this is an edition for discerning enthusiasts. Don't miss this ode to Jamaican flavours. Enjoy the exception!
Antonio Bleve's assessment of the new edition of the Jamaica Rhapsody Why is there a Sicilian icon on the banks of the Don? It's simple: persecuted Orthodox Christians fled southern Italy to the east and took with them what was most sacred. Spirituality is constitutive of the human being and makes us capable of anything. We dare to mix different barrels with the same devotion and perseverance in order to create our Jamaican rum rhapsody. The blend emanates from a range of Jamaican barrels like jewels encrusted in ancient crowns. Life springs forth in the form of a rum with rhythm, music and happiness. Samaroli Samaroli is an Italian trading house born in 1968, which began its journey as a whisky connoisseur and evolved into a worldwide renown in the exceptional rum domain.

Tasting Notes,
The pungent and effervescent tones surprise and conquer us, almost a fizz in the mouth. Mediterranean as can be, surprising. Rich in innuendo that does not betray the promises of the nose. Notes of solvent, fruit and balsamic mint alternate in a complex rhythm. Dedicated to those who are persecuted for their ideas and to those who are forced to leave everything behind for a life worth living. Such heroes belong to all eras, including this one.
