Samaroli has done an amazing job of focusing on what they believe creates the best aged spirit, slow aging conditions in extremely high quality new French oak barrels. Everything Samaroli bottles (unless otherwise noted) spends its life aging in their warehouses in Scotland in new high quality french oak casks. This creates a dry style of rum who's texture resembles Scotch with a subtle elegant spice profile that has become synonymous with Samaroli. All bottlings are extremely limited and normally consist of only one barrel for the entire world.
