Racy aromas of caramel, vanilla and spice cake entice and evoke tropical sunsets, with praline and amaretto notes thrown in. The flavors start light and spread, hinting at apples cherries or graham cookies, all sprinkled with spice. Sailor Jerry finishes moving between mild heat, vanilla, caramel and spice with a finale of light cherry sweetness. This is great spiced rum to be used accordingly.
