Estate winemaker Jeff Plant continues to work alongside his two winemaking compatriots, John Wilson and Thomas Rivers Brown, making this trio a powerhouse of a team! To ensure top quality they maintain vine balance and reduce yields by limiting each vine to two clusters per shoot, making certain that no two clusters touch one another. They discard bad berries, or even entire clusters, and when the fruit is finally picked it represents a meticulous selection of only the finest grapes.
