Aged rum finished, blended, and bottled by Rolling Fork Spirits in Starlight, Indiana • Column-distilled from estate-grown sugarcane molasses from an undisclosed distillery in El Salvador • Aged tropically for 10 years in El Salvador • Finished for 22 months in a combination of Rolling Fork casks: 3 Oloroso sherry casks, 5 port wine casks, 4 rye whiskey casks, and 10 Kentucky bourbon barrels • No additives or coloring • A spicy nose of cinnamon, clove, and vanilla baking spices transitions to a rich and fruity palate displaying bright citrus and dark fruit anchored by caramel; the baking spices reemerge on the finish along with hazelnut, raisin, and cherry • Gold Medal at SFWSC 2020 (Extra-Aged Rum 5 Years and Older) • Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 55% ABV After importing this decade-old rum, Rolling Fork divided the spirit into 22 secondary casks of varied style and origin. The influence of Oloroso, port, and American oak whiskey barrels results in an unbelievably complex spirit that is sure to wow rum and whiskey aficionados alike!
