These bitters were created to evoke communion chocolate, a sweet, spiced hot chocolate served at Martinique festivals, weddings, birthdays, holidays—just about any event worthy of being called a celebration. Cocoa beans harvested near the J.M estate lend the bitters sumptuous richness while citrus, baking spice, and complementary coconut and sarsaparilla create lift and dimension. Try a few dashes in a glass of Blanc de Blancs for an immediate shift to celebration mode; cocktailing possibilities abound.
