Pelée A luscious nose of tapioca, Bananas Foster, clover honey, Nilla Wafers, hibiscus, and lemon zest lead to a bright palate of new oak complemented by cinnamon powder and lemon oil, finishing with almonds and macadamia nuts 42% ABV Inspired by the verdant flora surrounding the Rhum J.M estate, Jardin Fruité, or “Fruit Garden”, displays cellar master Karine Lasalle’s delicate manipulation of distillate and cask type to create a cocktailing rhum with a lively balance of elegant confection and fruit.
