Our Tobalá Capón is made from an agave planted 11 years ago in Santiago Matatlán, harvested using our famous "Capón" method.
Tasting Notes,
Nose: Very round and fruity.
Palate: Lasting notes of juicy orchard fruits (peach, pear) with a finish of vanilla and white pepper. Almost imperceptible smokiness.
