Puncher's Chance "The Left Cross" is aged 14 years in American Oak barrels then finished in freshly dumped 12-year-old Jamaican rum casks for two to six months. The result is a spirit filled with classic bourbon characteristics while adding a bit of Jamaican "funk" to the mix. Look for brown sugar, ripe bananas and sweet baking spices on the nose. The palate is reminiscent of Bananas Foster with deep flavors of vanilla, dark fruits and warm oak. The finish lasts and lasts with a touch of rum that lingers further.
