Sustainable agriculture, Cordon pruning
Grapes destemmed and fermented in temperature-controlled wooden vats. Native yeasts.
WINERY NOTES - Located in the heart of the “Clos des Monts-Luisants”, the vines are separated from the Clos de la Roche by just one metre! It shares many characteristics with its illustrious neighbour, boasting great aromatic complexity and a structured, well-balanced palate. The finish, with its slightly firmer tannins and refreshing acidity, is the main difference to the Grand Cru.
