PINHOOK SMALL BATCH 2023 COLOR-BAY 59.15% HI TIME STAFF PICK When Pinhook came to use with the opportunity to pick out a small batch of their barrels for the store. We could not refuse. Members of our spirit staff got together and tasted 10 barrels and traded tasting notes to see which of the barrels would be the best pick to make this bourbon a triple crown winner. Lo and behold, the two barrels we chose made this Bourbon worthy of the horse's name, Bourbon Resolve. Because you will need quite the resolve to not pour yourself another drink when you are finished.

Nose: Crème Brule, caramel, toffee

Palate: Kentucky chew of rich buttery toffee Graham Cracker & Thick mouthfeel

Finish: Vanilla bean, brioche, with just a hint of spice
