Winemaker Notes - A traditional co-fermentation of Sauvignon Blanc with Chardonnay and Menu Pineau (Orbois) from young vines less than 20 years of age. Fermented and aged in steel tanks and bottled in Spring following the harvest. Lovely aromas and flavors of crisp apple and pear drizzled with lemon with white flowers and light mineral undertones.
