WINE MAKER - Clément and Antoine are the fifth generation of this estate located in the commune of Cramant. The different plots of the vineyard extend over the prestigious Côte des Blancs, in the communes of Cramant, Chouilly, Oiry, Oger and Mesnil-sur-Oger. The Pertois-Lebrun house produces exclusively Blanc de Blancs champagnes in Grand Cru, made from the sole Chardonnay grape variety, which are characterized by a freshness, finesse and remarkable elegance, combined with an exemplary maturity thanks to its four to five years of aging on slats.
