Matured in about 50% new French oak, it offers up hints of crushed stone and pencil shavings, plus scents of blueberries, cassis, loam and vanilla. It's medium to full-bodied and reasonably concentrated, with intense flavors and a velvety feel on the lingering finish. As far as Napa Cabs go, it's even a respectable value."
