Inspired by Scandinavian traditions spanning centuries, our newest addition, HEIRLOOM GARDEN DILL is centered around a mammoth dill variety we brought over from Denmark and have been growing for many years. The stalks, harvested just twice each Summer, are vapor-distilled within hours, then blended into a single distillation of dill seeds, whole garden botanicals, and pure spirit from Midwest-grown organic corn. Supporting botanicals were selected to thrive in the verdant landscape surrounding the distillery and include: Nasturtium flower, Marigold, Yarrow, Angelica root, Coriander, Fennel, and Lovage. The finished spirit is worthy of sipping alongside classic Nordic fare and contemporary culinary delicacies while also standing out as an ingredient destined to enliven cocktails with its electrically fresh, balanced flavor. Tasting notes: Loads of fresh dill, bright citrus, sweet spearmint, peppery floral undertones, and savory herbs. The finish is delicate and long with a hint of natural sweetness from the Angelica and coriander. Whole botanicals only. No extracts, sweeteners, or other additives.
