This cuvée is made from the vines of Côt, the name given to Malbec in Touraine. We love the expression of this grape variety in the Loire Valley because, unlike more "southern" wines (Cahors in particular), the climate of the region allows the wines to keep their freshness.
Noëlla offers us a little gem with "Côt à Côt", a cuvée that seduces with its fruit, its delicacy and its slightly spicy character! The tannins are there but fine and the wine keeps a very nice freshness!
A natural wine that will hit the mark around a spring or summer barbecue with friends and friends, or as an accompaniment to a Moroccan-style tagine (try with Kefta dumplings, you'll tell us about it).
