Mionetto Alcohol-Removed Premium Sparkling Wine is made from 20% Glera and a blend of other indigenous Italian grapes. Made using traditional wine-making methods, the alcoholic content is then expertly extracted, ensuring the rich and distinct aromas remain intact.
The nose has a rich profile, showcasing citrus, orchard fruits, spring florals and apple. The palate continues where the nose started, reiterating citrus and apple flavors adding pineapple, mixed tropicals and a touch of minerality. The percolation is very fine, it comes across fairly dry even with 7.2 grams dosage. There's a touch of acidity that keeps the palate clean, preventing the fruit flavors from becoming too cloying.
