This 100% Chardonnay bottling is a special North Berkeley Imports blend that includes an extra dollop (30%) of Reserve wines which adds additional richness and nuance to the ensemble. Fashioned from mature (20-60-year-old) Chardonnay estate vines grown in around the famed Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger Grand Cru Turgy's "Réserve Sélection" offers up copious Chardonnay fruit seamlessly fused with classic Le Mesnil chalk tones. Though finished with a minimal 3 grams/L. dosage, this remains a very user-friendly and wallet-friendly Champagne that is sure to delight the Champagne geek and novice alike.
