A truly epic example of Agave rhodacantha, which moves gracefully from floral to fruity notes before settling into a sustained savory profile flooded with basil, wood, and salt. Intended as a tribute, this mezcal evokes the altar of Doña Rosa (Israel’s mother, rest in peace), with the fragility of white flowers and the light of the veladora candles playing in tension with the depth and complexity of faith.
