Mezcales de Leyenda is a new series of Mezcals each made from single varietal organically grown agaves. This particular Mezcal comes from the state of Oaxaca and is made exclusively from the Agave Angustifolia. It exhibits a bright, citrusy aroma and flavor profile. Lime zest comes to mind right off the bat with a distinct earthiness following close behind. This mezcal is particularly clean and light. If you are a tequila connoisseur and you’re looking to branch out into the world of mezcal I would strongly suggest this fabulous rendition.
