Slightly frizzante, totally delicious and a little sweet… Meinklang Prosa is a lightly sparkling Pinot Noir Rosé made with a summer picnic in mind! Bright fruit, ripe acidity and a little spritz work perfectly together. It shows alpine strawberry, raspberry, and bramble leaf. Spontaneously fermented and charmat method utilized for purity and freshness. Just so quaffable... as dangerous as it is delicious, you'll want to buy two bottles because the first will disappear a little too quickly. Yes, it's that good. 100% Pinot Noir. Bright red fruit, and a slight herbaceous quality buoyed by a fresh mousse. This would be lovely to start an evening, or could be enjoyed at the end with a cheese plate.
