Produced using water sourced from aquifers around Seneca Lake, the deepest lake in New York
4–7-day open top fermentation
Distilled in a 25-foot Vendome copper column still and thumper
Aged for a minimum of 4 years in heavy char barrels
Noticeably rich on the nose with a high-toned note of candied lemon peel over caramel, roasted peanut, green apple skin, and milk chocolate; the palate is full and creamy, displaying crème brûlée, poached pear, orange zest, brown sugar, and lingering amaretto

In accordance with the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, this bourbon is aged at least 4 years, is a product of a single season and a single distiller, has been aged entirely in a federally bonded rickhouse, and is bottled at 50% ABV. The resulting whiskey is broad-shouldered, displaying incredible balance and breadth from its robust nose through its long finish.
