MOSEL FINE WINES - 91 POINTS: The 2022er Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Trocken Uralte Reben GG is a bone-dry wine (with 3 g/l of residual sugar) made from fruit picked on un-grafted vines planted in 1890. This hay-golden-colored wine offers a beautiful nose made of mirabelle, cardamom, herbs, and fine spices. It is nicely juicy but also subtly tart and firm on the medium-intense palate and leaves a nicely multi-layered feel of fruits in the long finish. The aftertaste is all mineral and mirabelle-infused flavors. 2027-2037
