ORGANICALLY FARMED
From the winery: 100% Grenache Blanc. All grapes are hand harvested and whole bunch pressed(Direct Press). The free run juice and the light pressed juice are stored together. The cold settled juice is racked off next day and inoculated with selected yeasts. During fermentation, the temperature is monitored and controlled between 10 to 14 degree Celsius. Stored in stainless steel tank.
