The whisky, created by The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team, is matured in a combination of first fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and refill sherry casks.
These have been carefully selected to deliver the classic American oak flavours of vanilla, citrus and sweet oak, naturally derived from the cask during maturation, with a medium, sweet finish that delicately lingers.

For this release that celebrates our 200 Year Anniversary, we focus on our own area of expertise and mastery which is represented by oak. The Macallan continuously draws inspiration from nature. The Harmony Collection, Vibrant Oak is a reminder of the importance of both the connection with our natural environment and of preserving it.
This latest Harmony release reflects the influence of sherry seasoned oak casks to our whisky mastery.
