This is a special selection Sherry made to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Lustau. It is almost black in color. This wine is made from selected Pedro Ximmenez grapes that are dried on mats to concentrate their flavor and aroma. This wine smells like the world's most perfect raisin, mingled with just a hint of hay. It is very rich and thick, so thick that it coats the glass. Almost decadent to a fault, this wine still has the acidity to be in balance. If you love dessert wine, this is one you should definitely try!
