"The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon was co-fermented with 6% Petit Verdot and 4% Petite Sirah. It has layered aromas focused on savory and earth character rather than overt fruit—black cherries and blackberries are accented by tones of tapenade, tobacco leaves, truffle and porcini mushrooms, leather and gravel dust. The full-bodied palate is light on its feet with chalky tannins and juicy acidity, and it has a long, mineral-driven finish. 112 cases were made."
