A blend of 61% Roussanne, 18% Vermentino, 14% Grenache Blanc, and 7% Picpoul Blanc aged in a combination of nuetral puncheons, stainless steel, and concrete. A nose of honeydew rind, orange guava and white flowers. The palate carries impressive minerality speaking of the dramatic soils. Lively with lemon zest with glimmers of anise brought from the limestone. This wine is beautifully laced with acidity with a velvet finish.
