Essential for Carajillos but great for so much more!
If you're an espresso drinker and haven't tried a Carajillo yet, you owe yourself to get a bottle of Licor 43 and make one! It also works really well over ice with cold brew coffee. Beyond that, any cocktail that could benefit from a vanilla not is worth experimenting with, and in many places it adds more depth when subbed for simple syrup.
