Medium-bodied, the palate is impeccably balanced, with succulent acidity, a round mouthfeel and silky mid-palate. As the wine sits on the palate, flavors of white peach, underripe pineapple, Marcona almonds and poached yellow apples over cardamom madeleines unfold in the mouth.
